The Kingdom of God is at Hand

Discover the granduer of the Almighty’s coming Kingdom of God.

Where are we heading?

“And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever” (Daniel 2:44 KJV).

We are living in an extraordinary and transformative era, one that may be considered among the most remarkable periods in history since the momentous fall of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. For Christians, the evidence and signs pointing to the coming Kingdom of God are becoming ever more vivid, compelling, and impossible to ignore.

Jesus warned that those who bear His name would face hatred from the world. While I write this from the comfort of home in the United States—a nation where religious persecution is virtually nonexistent—I recognize the immense blessings I enjoy: a secure home, abundant food, constant access to clean water and electricity, reliable transportation, and more. Yet, this starkly contrasts with the harsh reality faced by many Christians in persecuted nations. In numerous regions around the globe, believers are martyred daily, solely for their faith in Jesus Christ.

I am fortunate to have the freedom to attend church whenever I wish, without fear of persecution or the need to hide my faith. Yet, I cannot ignore the lingering thought that this precious freedom will not endure indefinitely. The United States, long celebrated as the land of opportunity and a beacon of hope, is struggling, faltering under the weight of division and losing sight of its once-great ideals.

In the not too distant future, I believe that the prophecy declared by Isaiah the prophet (Isaiah 21:9) and echoed by John the Apostle—a message that has resonated through countless church sermons and teachings—will come to pass: “Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen … come out of her, my people” (Revelation 18:2; 18:4, KJV).

Babylon has fallen
“…Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen…” (Rev 18:2, KJV).

While we still enjoy a comfortable and carefree lifestyle in the great USA, it is impossible not to notice the great storm clouds that are hanging so ominously above us.

The inexplicably great Kingdom of God will come sooner rather than later, but it will not come without intense labor pains across our world. So, even though we live in the land flowing with milk and honey, it’s important to remember that such moments are not eternal.
